For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Resolution of the Third Division dated 17 February 2016 in Administrative Case No. 10751, entitled "Marag-ing Realty Development Corporation [MRDC], represented by Loida C. Ceblano vs. Atty. Johonsan A. Fabilane," to wit:

WHEREFORE, Atty. Johonsan A. Fabilane is hereby SUSPENDED from the practice of law for a period of one (1) month effective from notice, with a STERN WARNING that "a repetition of the same or similar acts will be dealt with more severely.
