The exigencies of the service so reguiring, and to enhance administrative efficiency in addressing taxpayer's request for approval of certain issues, the authority to act on and approve qualified Reasonabie Benefit Retirement Plans within the

December 31, 2017, is hereby delegated to Deputy Commissioner Celia C. King. contemplation of Section 32 (B)(6)(a) of the Tax Code, as amended, and issue the appropriate Certificate of Tax Exemption thereof, for the period from October 25 to Resource Management Group.

This Order shall take effect immediately
