REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8227 - AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE ANGALAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN BARANGAY ANGALAN, TUGBOK DISTRICT, DAVAO CITY, TO ANICETO BARBARONA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: SECTION 1. The name of the Angalan Elementary School in Barangay Angalan, Tugbok District, Davao City, is hereby changed to Aniceto Barbarona Elementary School.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Approved, Lapsed into law on November 10, 1996, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
