X- - - - - ---X RE S 0 L UT I 0 N It appearing that petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing its appeal to this Court as indicated in the "Motion To Withdraw Petition For Review" filed on February 26, 1985 on the ground that the deficiency income tax sought to be collected herein has already been settled through compromise with petitioner paying the amount of ~577,473.00 as evidenced by BIR Payment Order No. B 3819981 and Central Bank Confirmation Receipt No. B 4512020, both dated September 20, 1984, and there being no objection on the part of respondent, the said motion is hereby GRANTED. Accordingly, let the petition for review be deemed withd rawn and the above-entitled case considered closed and terminated. SO ORDERED.
