REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7176 - AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE SOUTHERN LEYTE PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAASIN, PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE, FROM ONE HUNDRED (100) TO ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE (125) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE SOUTHERN LEYTE PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAASIN, PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE, FROM ONE HUNDRED (100) TO ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE (125) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Southern Leyte Provincial Hospital in the Municipality of Maasin, Province of Southern Leyte, is hereby increased from one hundred (100) to one hundred twenty-five (125) beds.

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
