Importation of items that shall no longer require prior import clearance from the DTI/BOI

CIRCULAR NO. 23 Series of 1994

Pursuant to Monetary Board Resolution No. 376 dated April 22, 1994, the importation of the following items shall no longer require prior import clearance from the DTI/BOI:

"Seats of a kind used for motor vehicles"

ex713.21.13

"Used reciprocating piston engine of  a cylinder capacity exceeding 50 cc but not exceeding 250 cc for tractors"

ex713.21.23

"Used reciprocating piston engines of  a cylinder capacity exceeding 250 cc but not exceeding 1,000 cc for trucks and buses"

ex713.21.25

"Used reciprocating piston engines of a cylinder capacity exceeding 250 cc but not exceeding 1,000 cc for tractors"

ex713.22.03

"Used reciprocating piston engines of a cylinder capacity exceeding 1,000 cc for trucks and buses"

ex713.22.05

"Used reciprocating piston engines of a cylinder capacity exceeding 1,000 cc for tractors"

ex713.23.03

"Used diesel and semi-diesel engines for tractors"

Accordingly, Appendix I-D of Circular 1389, S. 1993 is amended so as to delete the above items from the list of regulated commodities.

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
