REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7823 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE MOGPOG NATIONAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY KAPAYANG, MUNICIPALITY OF MOGPOG, PROVINCE OF MARINDUQUE, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There shall be established in Barangay Kapayang, Municipality of Mogpog, Province of Marinduque, a Mogpog National Comprehensive High School.

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
