Petitioner's "Motion to Withdraw" (Motion to Withdraw) attached to its "Manifestation with Compliance" filed through private courier on 23 April 2021 and received by this Court on 17 May 2021 , without respondent's comment\ and , 2. Respondent's "Motion for Additional Time to Submit Approval of the National Evaluation Board (NEB)" (Motion for Additional Time) filed via registered mail on 23 March 2021 and received by the Court on 20 May 2021 . In the said Motion to Withdraw, petitioner manifested that upon careful deliberation of facts, mediation and consultation with its Board of Directors, the representatives of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and their respective counsels, petitioner has decided to cause the withdrawal or dismissal of the instant case. Petitioner also claims that it is fully aware and understands the legal consequences of the said withdrawal. Per Records Verificati on dated 03 June 202 1.

Consequently, petitioner's Petition for Review filed on 27 September 2019 is DISMISSED and the case is now CLOSED and TERMINATED.
