In accordance with the letter of the Department of Foreign Affairs to the Governor of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, please be advised of the reimposition of sanctions including oil and arms embargo against Haiti, as adopted on 13 October 1993 by the United Nations Security Council under Resolution No. 873 (1993).
