REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6168 - AN ACT RENAMING MARCELO H. DEL PILAR HIGHWAY INTO MARCELO H. DEL PILAR EXPRESSWAY, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FIFTY-THREE HUNDRED EIGHT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Section one of Republic Act Numbered Fifty-three hundred eight is hereby amended to read as follows:

"SECTION 1. The entire span of the North Diversion Road from Balintawak, Quezon City passing through the territorial jurisdiction of the Province of Bulacan up to its end is hereby named "Marcelo H. del Pilar Expressway". SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
