TO : THE OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (IMA)

SUBJECT: MONTHLY MEETINGS ON FEBRUARY 27, 2013 , AND MARCH 21, 2013 AT CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY AND NAGA CITY. RESPECTIVELY

The officers and directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold their monthly meetings on February 27, 2013 and March 21, 2013 at Cagayan de Oro City and Naga City, respectively.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meetings on OFFICIAL TIME provided that their court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Lyiiha L. Abella-Aquino, Secretary General of the Association, shall submit reports regarding the conduct of every meeting (including'the complete lists of the judges who attended the same) to the Court Management Office, O:Tice of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from every conclusion thereof.
