TO: ALL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS

SUBJECT: WEARING OF OFFICE UNIFORMS FOR THE LOWER COURT OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES

In OCA Circular No. 120-2008 dated December 5, 2008, the wearing of office uniforms for the officials and employees of the lower courts from December 1 to 31, 2008, had been optional.

You are informed that effective immediately the wearing of office uniforms is resumed and shall continue until the end of March 2009. Effective April 1, 2009, wearing of office uniforms shall be optional subject to the guidelines set forth under Memorandum Circular No. 1-2008, dated January 17, 2008.

Strict compliance is enjoined.
