REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9126 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY PANGAO-AN, MUNICIPALITY OF MAGPET, PROVINCE OF COTABATO TO BE KNOWN AS PANGAO-AN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There is hereby created a new national high school in Barangay Pangao-an, Municipality of Magpet, Province of Cotabato to be known as Pangao-an National High School.
SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
