The partial payment by petitioner on July 31 , 2008 of the amount of P2,500,000,000.00 has caused the respondent to issuef Termination Letters for taxable years 2004, which covers the subject matter of this case, 2005 (except income tax) and 2006 (except income tax), respectively (Annexes B, C and D, respectively).
