For the information and guidance of all concerned, attached is the full text of the Memorandum of Agreement between the BIR and the Philippine-Chinese Charitable Association, Inc. owner and operator of the Chinese General Hospital and Medical Center, that will provide adequate medical services to our officials and employees in support of our Health and Wellness Program.

All internal revenue officers, employees and others concerned are hereby enjoined to give this Circuiar as wide a publicity as possible.
