TO : REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE SUBJECT : BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE Quezon City March 26, 2012 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 8-2012 All Internal Revenue Officers and Employees Reportorial Requirements of the Financial Service I. OBJECTIVES This Order is being issued to rationalize the reports required by the Financial Service to provide top management the needed financial data and information for planning and decision making and ensure timely submission of these reports to fiscal agencies of the government. II. POLICIES AND GUIDELINES 1. The Divisions in the National and Regional Offices identified in the attached Inventory of Reports Required marked as Annex "A" shall prepare all the budgetary and accounting reports listed thereat and submit same to the concerned fiscal agencies of the government. 2. The prescribed submission dates as specified in Annex "A" shall be strictly adhered to. 3. Offices that should be provided with copies of the reports must be furnished on the same date these reports are submitted to the prescribing agency/ies. III. REPEALING CLAUSE All issuances and/or portions thereof inconsistent with the provisions of this Order are hereby repealed and/or amended accordingly. IV.
