AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES CLERKS OF COURT, AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL TRIAL COURTS IN THE NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION IN THE REGIONAL JUDICIAL CAREER ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM (LEVEL 3) - BATCH 2 UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDICIAL ACADEMY

To achieve a more effective delivery of public service and pmmaie careex growth of officials and personnel of the Judiciary, all Judges. Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court of first and second level trial courts in the National Capital Judicial Region are enjoined to attend and participate in the Regional Judicial Career Enhancement Program (Level 3) under the auspices of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), to be held from 1 to 3 December 2004 at the CSB International Conference Center (AngeLo King,), Arellan Avenue corner Estrada Street, Manila.

Sessions for Judges, Clerks of Court, and Branch Clerk of Court who are members of the Bar will be tor three days, from 1 to 3 2004; while sessions for Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court who are not members of the Bar will be for one and a half days from 1 to. 2 December 2004.

Attendance in this seminar shall be mandatory and on official time.

The participating judges are hereby directed to organize a skeletal force in their respective courts during the senrniar.
