Please be advised that BSRD No. (DE/S) 96-00637 dated 24 May 1996, evidencing registration of the foreign direct investment of Spirax Sarco Private, Ltd. of Singapore in its Philippine branch, has been reported lost.
Above-mentioned document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or dividend remittance pursuant to Section 40 of Circular No. 1389 dated 13 April 1993, as amended.
