Records show that the plaintiff received the Resolution thru the NPS D ocket Section on February 7, 2023. Hence, the plaintiff had until February 12, 2023 within which to comply.

RESOLUTION CTA CRIM . CASE NO. 0 -997 On February 21, 2023, the Judicial Records Division of this Court issued a Records Verification Report stating that as of said date, the plaintiff failed to comply with the Resolution dated January 16, 2023. IN VIEW HEREOF, for failure of the prosecution to comply with the Resolution dated January 16, 2023 within the given period, the instant case is hereby DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
