REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6254 - AN ACT AMENDING ITEM NINE, PARAGRAPH A, TITLE H, SECTION ONE, OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FORTY-EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR, BY TRANSFERRING THE APPROPRIATION OF THE BUTUAN CITY (MAGALLANES-LOWER BANSA) AIRPORT TO THE BANCASI AIRPORT, BOTH IN BUTUAN CITY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: SECTION 1. Item nine, under Secondary Airports, paragraph a, Title H, of Section one, Republic Act Numbered Forty-eight hundred fifty-four, is amended to read as follows:

"9. Bancasi Airport ---------------------P1,000,000.00"

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
