SE~ Q _� ~ : oQ p�"'>� X------------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------X RESOLUTION On June 16, 2014, petitioner filed a "Manifestation with Motion to Withdraw Petition" alleging that it has already made voluntary payment and settled the stated tax deficiency subject of the Petition for Review last June 4, 2014, and praying that an Order be issued allowing the withdrawal of the subject Petition for Review. A " Comment (To Petitioner 's Manifestation with Motion to Withdraw Petition Dated 13 June 2014)" was filed by respondent's counsel on July 28, 2014, stating that upon verification with the BIR's Revenue Accounting Division, the payments by petitioner of its deficiency Income Tax in the amount of P1 ,541.52, deficiency Expanded Withholding Tax in the amount of P291.87 and deficiency Documentary Stamp Tax in the amount of P205,395.50 on June 4, 2014 were already reported by the bank. The remittance of the said payment to BIR, however, is yet to be confirmed by the Bureau of Treasury. Nonetheless, respondent interposed no objection to the subject Motion to Withdraw. Accordingly, petitioner's Manifestation and respondent's Comment thereon, are NOTED. WHEREFORE, with no objection, the Motion to Withdraw Petition is hereby GRANTED. As prayed for, the subject Petition for Review is
