MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 119

Upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Coordinating Council (NDCC), work in government offices in the National Capital Region is hereby suspended on Friday, 29 September 2006.

However , those agencies whose functions involve the delivery of health services, response to disasters and calamities , emergency services and security , and/or the performance of other vital public services shall continue with their operations and render the necessary services.

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
