ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PROCESS SERVERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (PROSAPHIL)

SUBJECT:

NATIONALCONVENTION AND ELECTION OF NATIONAL OFFICERS ON NOVEMBER 24-26, 2004 AT CARLOS P. ROMULO HALL, TEACHER'S CAMP, BAGU1O CITY

The Process Servers Association of the Philippines will hold a National Convention and Election of National Officers on November 24-26, 2004 at Carlos P. Romulo Hall, Teacher Camp, Baguio City .

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds, if authorized and available, subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive/Presiding Judges and their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.

The President of the association shall submit to this office a complete report on the convention within ten (10) days after the convention, together with the list of participants.
