[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 257, June 14, 1948 ]
AN ACT CONVERTING THE SITIO OF TAGCATONG IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NASIPIT, AGUSAN, INTO A BARRIO TO BE KNOWN AS "BARRIO TAGCATONG."
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The sitio of Tagcatong in the municipality of Nasipit, Province of Agusan, is converted into a barrio to be known as "Barrio Tagcatong."
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
