REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE November 6, 2003 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 41-2003 SUBJECT : Amendment to RMO No. 29-2001 defining the New Composition of the Inspection and Acceptance Committee in the National Office TO : All BIR Officials, Employees and Others Concerned In view of the exigencies of the service, the Inspection and Acceptance Committee in the National Office is hereby reconstituted as follows: Chairman - MS. MARIETTA U. LORENZO Member Member ACIR-Policy and Planning Service or her duly authorized representative - MS. NELLY S. IBO Chief, Procurement Division or her duly authorized representative - MR. PEDRO D. RAMOS Chief, General Services Division or his duly authorized representative A representative of the Requisition Unit whose technical expertise may be needed to determine the acceptability of the IT and Non-IT supplies, materials, machines, equipment and other services who may be:

1. The Chief, Systems Support Division, ISOS or his duly authorized representative for IT supplies, materials, machines, equipment and other services. 2. The Chief, Accountable Forms Division or his duly authorized representative for Accountable Forms. Deliveries of accountable forms printed by the APO Production Unit, Inc. which are supervised and controlled by the Committee to Supervise the Printing of Specialized Accountable Forms of the Bureau of Internal Revenue, need not be inspected again by the Inspection and Acceptance Committee.
