Please be advised that CBRD No. (DE) 93-00174 dated 9 February 1993, evidencing registration of the foreign direct equity investment of A.H. Robins Company, Inc., USA in A.H. Robins (Philippines) Company, Inc., has been reported lost.
Above-mentioned document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or dividend remittance pursuant to Section 40 of Circular No. 1389 dated 13 April 1993, as amended.
