CIRCULAR NO. 532 Series of 2006
Subject: Extension of Transitory Provisions of Circular No. 423, Series of 2004, as Amended by Circular No. 514 dated 06 March 2006 (Loans, Other Credit Accommodations and Guarantees to Directors, Officers, Stockholders and their Related Interests (DOSRI)
Pursuant to Monetary Board Resolution No. 618 dated 11 May 2006, the transitory provisions of Circular No. 423, Series of 2004, as amended by Circular No. 514 dated 06 March 2006 are hereby extended for one (1) year, from 09 April 2006 to 09 April 2007.
This Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days following its publication either in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
