REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8695 - AN ACT CONVERTING THE MUNICIPAL DOLORES NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY TALOGTOG, MUNICIPALITY OF DOLORES, PROVINCE OF ABRA, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The municipal government-funded Dolores National High School in Barangay Talogtog, Municipality of Dolores, Province of Abra, is hereby converted, under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, into a nationally funded high school, to be known as the Rosalio Eduarte National High School,
SEC. 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
