CONCERNED OFFICERS OF THE SHERIFF'S CONFEDERATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (SCOPHIL)

SUBJECT:

15 TH NATIONAL CONVENTION, SEMINAR AND WORKSHOP ON APRIL 22-24, 2009 IN CAGAYN DE ORO CITY

In connection with the forthcoming 15 th National Convention, Seminar and Workshop on April 22~24; 2009 in Cagayan de Oro City of the Sheriffs Confederation of the Philippines (SCOPHIL), the following officers are hereby authorized to be in Cagayan de Oro City from November 27 and 28, 2008 for a Regional Annual Meeting to organize the local chapter/ to form different committees and discuss other matter in preparation for the convention; and on April 20 to 21, 2009 as advance party to finalize policies, guidelines in connection with the said convention, to wit:

1. Winston T. Eguia Over-all Chairman

2. Franklin C. Aguinaldo Member

3. Lucas E, Eje Member

4. Cecilia S, Bañez Member

5. Patermoscio G. Lahayani Program/Invitation Committee

6. George D. Mabborang Food & Drink Committee

7. Rodrigo G. Baliwag Transportation Committee

8. Fructoso L Loja Election/Comelec Committee

9. Renato B. Baron Sports Committee

10. Andres M. Fernandez Accommodation Committee

The attendance of the above-named personnel shall be OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and three shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Winston T. Eguia. National President of the Association shall submit a report to this Office within ten (10) days after the said activities.
