Finding merit, petitioner's Motion to Withdraw Petition, filed on April14, 2023, is GRANTED. Accordingly, we resolve to: a) GRANT the withdrawal of the Petition for Review, filed by petitioner in CTA EB No. 2609; and, b) DECLARE CTA EB No. 2609 CLOSED and TERMINATED.
