REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE Quezon City November 9, 2010 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 83-2010 SUBJECT: Missing quadruplicate copies from four (4) unused BIR Form No. 2524 � Revenue Official Receipt TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the missing quadruplicate copies from four (4) unused BIR Form No. 2524 � Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with the following serial numbers: ROR201000787547 ROR201000787749 ROR201000775645 ROR201000797749 The abovementioned forms were reported as missing by Ms. Chona Marie O. Buac, Assistant Chief, Administrative Division, Revenue Region No. 13, Cebu City. Consequently, the entire ROR sets bearing the said serial numbers are cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered as INVALID. Internal Revenue Officials, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in the event that the aforesaid forms are found and to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same.
