REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9084 - AN ACT TO ESTABLISH THE UMIRAY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAYUMIRAYIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DINGALAN IN THE PROVINCE OF AURORA AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There is hereby established a national high school in Barangay Umiray in the Municipality of Dingalan, Province of Aurora to be known as the Umiray National High School.

SEC. 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect immediately upon approval thereof.
