REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5023 - AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE BATAAN NATIONAL SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSES SECTION TWO OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERD NINE HUNDRED THREE.

AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE BATAAN NATIONAL SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSES SECTION TWO OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERD NINE HUNDRED THREE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Section two of Republic Act Numbered Nine hundred three is hereby amended to read as follows:

"SEC. 2. The sum of three hundred fifty thousand pesos for the operation and maintenance of the Bataan National School of Arts and Trades is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated. Thereafter, the necessary sum for said purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act." SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
