TO : THE OFFICERS AND THE MEMBERS OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (MeTCJAP)

SUBJECT : 16th NATIONAL CONVENTION ON 24 TO 26 SEPTEMBER 2014 AT QUEZON CITY

The Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (MeTCJAP) will hold its 16th National Convention at the Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria Hotel, Ortigas Avenue corner Asian Development Avenue, Quezon City, on 24 to 26 September 2014.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Judge Lcilani Marie Dacanay-Grimares, Secretary General of the MeTCJAP, shall submit a report on the conduct of the convention with the list of judges who attended it to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
