REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6549 - AN ACT APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF ALL RIGHTS OF SUSANO B. MAXILOM UNDER REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO, IN FAVOR OF EASTERN BROADCASTING CORPORATION.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The transfer of all the rights of Susano B. Maxilom, under Republic Act Numbered Thirty-two hundred and thirty-two, entitled "An Act granting Susano B. Maxilom a franchise to construct, operate and maintain radio broadcasting stations and stations for television in the Philippines," in favor of Eastern Broadcasting Corporation, is approved.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
