NATIONAL BOARD OF OFFICERS OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHIC REPORTERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (COSTRAPHIL), INC.

SUBJECT : REGULAR MEETINGS ON MAY 16 TO 17, 2011 IN DAVAO CITY

The National Board of Officers of the Court Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL), Inc. will hold its regular meetings on May 16 to 17, 2011 in Davao City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said regular meetings on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided further that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge, and there shall t?e no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Enrilynn G. Valenzuela, Secretary General of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office a report regarding the meeting within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said event.
