SUBJECT : Amendments to the Signing of Transmittal Letters of Sequestered Companies
As requested by the Chairman, Presidential Commission on Good Government, we are furnishing you, for your reference and guidance, a copy of his letter dated January 24, 1995, advising of the recent amendments in the signing of transmittal letters of sequestered companies covering disbursements which are pre-audited by the Commission through its designated signatories. As stated in Chairman Gunigundo's letter, these changes shall take effect immediately and supersede all previous instructions issued.
