GENERAL GUIDELINES ON THE CONFIRMATION OF INDIGENOUS POLITICAL STRUCTURES (IPS) This Guidelines is hereby promulgated for the effective implementation of the provisions of Bangsamoro Autonomy Act No. 64 (BAA No. 64) otherwise known as Bangsamoro Indigenous Peoples Act of 2024 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations and Republic Act No. 11054 (R.A. No. 11054) otherwise known as the Organic Law for the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim and Bangsamoro Autonomy Act No. 35 (BAA No. 35) otherwise known as the Bangsamoro Electoral Code of 2023, as amended by Bangsamoro Autonomy Act No. 88 (BAA No. 88) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) and for other purposes. guidelines Download
