Please be informed that the PAGCOR Board of Directors in its meeting held on April 24, 2019 approved that Operators of new gaming sites be granted the privilege to extend the above one year period to commence commercial operations through filing Gaming Site Commencement Period Form (GS Form No. 3-C)" for each request of an Extension Form with corresponding payment of Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP50,000.00) Extension Fee per month of extension, up to a maximum of six (6) months.
