REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7415 - AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE CADIZ DISTRICT HOSPITAL FROM A TWENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY TO A ONE HUNDRED-BED CAPACITY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The Cadiz District Hospital is hereby expanded and improved by increasing the bed capacity from a twenty-five-bed to a one hundred-bed capacity district hospital under the supervision of the Department of Health.
SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
