TO : THE OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT : PLANNING CONFERENCE AND FIRST REGULAR MEETING ON JANUARY 23, 2014 AT THE ELKS CLUB, MAKATI CITY

The officers and directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold their planning conference and first regular meeting on January 23, 2014, 11:00 a.m., at The Elks Club, Corinthian Plaza Building, Paseo De Roxas Street, Makati City. All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the conference/meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Lyliha L. Abella-Aquino, Secretary General of the PJA, shall submit a report on the conference/meeting with the complete list of all the judges who attended it to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
