REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3454 - AN ACT GRANTING PHILIPPINE CITIZENSHIP TO MIGUEL AGORILLA

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Miguel Agorilla is hereby granted Philippine citizenship with all the rights, privileges and prerogatives appurtenant thereto: Provided , That this grant shall become effective upon Miguel Agorilla taking an oath of allegiance to the Republic of the Philippines and executing a renunciation of his former citizenship, copies of which shall be recorded in the civil registrar's office in the locality of his residence: Provided, further , That the citizenship herein granted carries with it all the duties and responsibilities incident to such citizenship.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
