ALL NATIONAL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE SHERIFFS CONFEDERATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (SCOPHIL)

SUBJECT:

12 TH NATIONAL CONVENTION AND ELECTION OF NATIONAL OFFICERS AT THE GRAND MEN SENG HOTEL, DAVAO CITY ON 23, 24 AND 25 APRIL 2003

The Sheriffs Confederation of the Philippines (SCOPHIL) will hold its 12 th National Convention and Elections of National Officers at the Grand Men Seng Hotel, Davao City on 23, 24 AND 25 APRIL 2003.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention of OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should see to it that their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar and with prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of convention.

This amends OCA Circular No. 23-2002 dated 20 June 2002.
