LO SUBJECT Availability of Offline Electronic Bureau of Internal Revenue Forms TO (eBIRForms) Package Version 7.7 : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees, and Others Concerned This Circular is being issued to disseminate the availability of the Offline eBIRForms Package Version 7.7, which is currently downloadable from the following sites: l. www.bir.gov.ph; and 2. www.knowyourtaxes.ph The new Offline eBlMorms Package now includes the January 2018 version of the following forms: BIRForm No.,' Description I 604-C Annual Infoymation Retum of Income Taxes Withheld on I 604-F Compensation I 604-E Annual Information Return of Income Payments Subjected to Final Withholding Taxes Annual Information Return of Creditable Income Taxes Withheld (Expanded)/ Income Payments Exempt from Withholdins Tax The BIR Form Nos. 1604-C and 1604-F shall be filed on or before January 31 of the year follolving the calendar year in which the compensation payment and income payments subjected to final withholding taxes were paid or accrued. On the other hand, BIR Form No. 1604-E, shall be filed on or before March 1 of the year following the calendar year in which the income payments subjected to expanded withholding taxes or exempt from withholding tax were paid or accrued.
