REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4613 - AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE PHILIPPINE CHARITY SWEEPSTAKES OFFICE TO HOLD ANNUALLY A LOTTERY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PHILIPPINE RURAL RECONSTRUCTION MOVEMENT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office is hereby authorized to hold annually a lottery, and its total proceeds, after deducting the prizes and expenses as provided for in Republic Act Numbered Eleven hundred sixty-nine, as amended, shall be turned over to the Phil­ippine Rural Reconstruction Movement for its support and maintenance.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
