Subject : Fee for the Bangko Sentrai Registration Document (BSRD) Form
Effective immediately and pursuant to Monetary Board Resolution No. 534 dated 10 May 2007, p!ease be advised that the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) - International Department shall no longer charge the PHP50.00 fee per set of the pre-numbered BSRD forms issued in the registration of foreign investments that are registered directly with the BSP, as provided under existing rules.
All other fees and charges provided under Circular Letter dated 10 April 2000, such as the PHP50.00 fee per set of BSRD forms to be used by registering custodian banks and the PHP2,000.00 fee for replacement of lost BSRDs shall continue to be charged.
