TO : ALL JUDGES AND COURT PERSONNEL

SUBJECT: FILING OF STATEMENT OF ASSETS AND LIABILITIES

All Trial Judges and personnel are reminded that under R. A. No. 6713, Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Net Works and Disclosure of Business Interests and Financial Connections are to be filed on or before the 30th day off April of every yea r. Judges are required to file their Statements with the Office of the Court Administrator.

Trial judges are directed to check their records on the filing of these Statements, to verify compliance with the law.

We also urge all members "of the trial judiciary to file their Statements at the soonest possible time this year, without waiting for the month of-April,- so that, the Office may process their papers without delay-
