AN ACT PROVIDING THAT WHENEVER THE PHRASE "GONZALES TYPE" APPEARS IN ALL ITEMS FOR PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS FOR THE SECOND CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL IN ALL PUBLIC WORKS ACTS, THE SAME SHALL READ "FERRER PUWAKI TYPE."
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Whenever the phrase "Gonzales Type" appears in all items for public works projects for the Second Congressional District of Negros Occidental in all public works Acts, the same shall read "Ferrer Puwaki Type."
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
