AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES TO THE JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE FOR JUDGES ON JUDICIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION (SKILLS-BASED COURSE)

In addition to the participants listed in Administrative Circular No. 29-2014, HON. NOEL DARREN C. DAMIAN, Presiding Judge, Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Valladolid-San Enrique-Palupandan, Negros Occidental, is hereby authorized to attend the Judicial Settlement Conference for Judges on Judicial Dispute Resolution (Skills-Based Course) which will be held on May 6-9, 2014, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. at Sarabia Manor Hotel and Convention Center, Iloilo City.

Attendance in this seminar-workshop shall be MANDATORY and ON OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

The participating Judge should see to it that his respective court calendar is properly managed and the parties notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.
