The attendance ox all officers and directors of the Philippine Judges Association for Region 20, as well as all Regional Trial Court Judges of that region,. at the conference and induction of its officers held in Butuan City and Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur, on January 19 - 21, 1994, is on OFFICIAL TIME / OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available.

A report on the occasion shall be submitted to the Office, together with a list of those who actually attended the meeting.
